Florian Foos is an Assistant Professor (UK Lecturer) in Politics at King’s College London. He uses randomized field experiments to identify the effects of formal and informal interactions between citizens, political representatives, and campaign workers on electoral mobilization, opinion change and political activism. Florian’s research also focuses on inter-personal influence in social networks. He received his D.Phil in Sociology from Nuffield College, University of Oxford (2015). Prior to joining King’s, he was a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Zurich.
